This residential building located in the Eixample of Barcelona was formerly a textile factory. Of which, only the ground floor retained some original elements of its industrial past, such as the wrought iron beams with latticework.

Details

This house has two interior patios: one of considerable size, transformed into a living-dining room for when the weather is good and which provides natural light to the large interior library-living room. The second patio, smaller, with vegetation such as palm trees and canopies, brings light to the kitchen, office and bedroom.
