We were honored to work with the prestigious restaurant of the Roca brothers. We were clear that the proposal would be a tribute to local materials.
Details
With gravel from the Fluvià, Calaf stone, Douglas pine from Montseny and the wicker framework of Montgrí, was built the first public building in contemporary Europe constructed with dry stone structure. The building was completed in just four months.
