Lime appears both in the fine stuccoed interiors as well as in the bumpy outside walls; the wood maintains its texture in the false ceilings and handmade ceramics cover the floor respecting the craftsmen-like appearance of the houses.
Traditional bioclimatic is captured and other contemporary forms are incorporated which along with the gardening ensure comfort both in winter and in summer.
